Yugioh DOTR - Fan Game

DOTR is a fan remake of Yu-Gi-Oh! The Duelists of the Roses, rebuilt in Godot. It aims to recreate the classic DotR duel feel — 7×7 board, terrain, Deck Leaders, Summoning Points, fusions, and card movement — while expanding into modern era of Yu-gi-oh! Gameplay.

Core DotR gameplay

• Full DotR-style 7×7 board with terrain rules (Forest, Mountain, Sea, Labyrinth, Crush, etc.)
• Deck Leaders, Summoning Points (SP), hand size / draw rules patterned after DotR
• Card movement, attack/defense positions, tributes, fusions
• Large imported DotR card pool (800+ cards)

Modes

• Story mode with chapter hubs, dialogue, VN-style place/character art, and story duels
• Free Duel against imported / story opponents
• Tournament / bracket play
• Multi-duel and network duel support (incl. Steam-related session tooling)
• Replay save / browse / watch

Editors & customization

• Deck editor (including export/import of shareable deck data)
• Card Maker, Effect Maker, Fusion Maker
• Map editor and story / NPC / linear story editors
• Custom cards, effects, fusions, and maps saved under user data
